Retro Rooms

Play retro games online with a friend. Bring your own game file.

1 · Your game

Load a ROM you legally own. It stays in your browser and is never uploaded anywhere. Both players need the exact same file.

2 · Invite a friend

Pick your name and a room name, then copy the link. Your friend opens it and joins that room straight away, with no game file needed. The link stays visible during the game.

Starting the game creates your room automatically and shows the invite link above the game. The host runs the game and streams it to the guest, so keep this tab open and visible. The guest joins the room automatically, then clicks the game picture once before using the keys.
